DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that due to Covid-19, there may be some delays in delivery times. Please refer to our Delivery & Refunds page for more information.

 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

UK tracked delivery is £2.00.

International tracked delivery is a flat rate of £7.00. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

UK delivery times are between 3-5 working days.

International delivery times are between 5-10 working days.

Due to Covid-19, there may be some extended delays on your order's delivery time. We are doing our absolute best to get your orders to you within the expected time frame. We'd like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

 

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM BY MISTAKE. CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

If this happens, please contact us immediately. If you do not get in touch in time and your order has been shipped, there will unfortunately no longer be anything we are able to do and you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

WILL MY FINGERS TURN GREEN?

This depends entirely on the individual. Here at ASIMI, we use high quality 925 sterling silver, rhodium, platinum and gold plating in our pieces. Sometimes, some people may find that the small percentage of copper present in 925 sterling silver may oxidise when it comes into contact with their skin, causing a slight staining to the finger. This is not harmful, and can easily be treated by gently scrubbing the area with warm soapy water. Copper is a perfectly safe material, and is found in most high end jewellery, whether it is for its shaping and strengthening qualities, or its beautiful tint. 

What you will not find in our jewellery however, is nickel. Nickel is a low quality metal known for causing irritation and infection. If you have particularly sensitive skin, jewellery that contains platinum, rhodium and stainless steel is especially known to be less likely to oxidise, and is recommended as it will most likely compliment your skin type.

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Please contact us immediately if you have entered the wrong address, and we will correct this for you. If you do not get in touch in time and your order has been shipped, there will unfortunately no longer be anything we are able to do and you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?

ASIMI is based in the UK. As of of 1 January 2021, the UK officially left the EU. Therefore, if you are from outside of the UK, you may be subject to customs fees. This is dependent on your country's regulations surrounding goods entering the nation, and is not something that ASIMI is liable for. If you are unsure whether you will be charged customs fees, please check your country's government website. 

 

CAN I RETURN MY JEWELLERY IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT?

If there is a problem with your jewellery; such as it arriving damaged, we will be more than happy to provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please note that because our jewellery is made to order in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

To claim your refund or replacement, please send us photographic evidence of the issue with your jewellery (via Email or Instagram) along with your order number. We will assess each issue on a case by case basis to provide you with the best solution. We aim to get back to you within 1-2 working days. Please note that you will not be able to claim a refund or a replacement if you have not sufficiently cared for your jewellery by following our official ASIMI Quality & Care guide, or if you have ordered the incorrect ring size. Please refer to our Ring Size Guide to be sure of your ring size before placing your order.
