DELIVERY & REFUNDS
As of 1 January 2021, the UK officially left the EU. This means that if you reside somewhere outside of the UK, you may be subject to customs fees.
Please note that due to Covid-19, delivery may take a little longer than usual. If your order has not arrived after 10 days (UK) or 14 days (international), please get in touch via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your understanding.

Jewellery available for pre-order has a processing time of up to 4 weeks excluding delivery time. Please also note that there may be delays due to Covid-19. Please get in touch if your pre-order has not arrived after 5 weeks.
We take extreme pride in the quality of our jewellery, and we are confident that you will fall in love with your ASIMI pieces. However, on the rare occasion that you feel there is a problem with your jewellery and you have followed all of our official jewellery care guidelines, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund or replacement.
Our jewellery is very important to us, and so are you- which is why we deal with each issue on a case by case basis. Simply send us your order number and photographic evidence of the issue with your jewellery (via Email or Instagram). We will assess the issue, and provide you with a new piece or a refund. Please note that since all of our pieces are made to order, ASIMI does not accept returns or exchanges.
If you have not sufficiently cared for your jewellery, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or replacement. By placing an order with ASIMI, you are confirming that you have read and understood the official ASIMI Quality & Care guide.
In cases where an incorrect ring size has been ordered, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange. We strongly recommend referring to our Ring Size Guide to avoid this.
